SOUTHERN STYLE NOODLES WITH SPINACH AND HAM |
1 Cup Onion, chopped

1 Teaspoon Pepper

In a non-stick skillet add onion, ham and heat through. Stir in tomatoes and chicken broth. Add spinach and pepper and simmer 6 minutes. Meanwhile cook noodles in a large pan of boiling water until done 7-10 minutes. Add the cider vinegar and hot pepper sauceto the tomato mixture and stir for 30 seconds. Pour over drained noodles and serve. |
