FETTUCCINE WITH BACON,PEAS & PARMESAN |
1 (9 OZ) Package Fresh Fettuccine Pasta

1/2 Cup Frozen Peas |
Cook Fettuccine according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain Reserving 3/4 Cup Cooking Liquid. Cook Bacon until crisp. Reserve drippings. Cool and crumble. Add the next 3 ingredients to the pan with drippings. Saute 2 minutes. Add Peas. Saute 1 minute. Add green onions saute 1 minute. Add pasta and reserved Liquid and Half & Half. Cook 1 Minute. Remove from heat. Add the butter and Pepper. Stir to Combine. Sprinke with Parmesan Cheese. Serve. |
