CREAMY FETTUCCINE WITH SHRIMP & BACON

1 Pound uncooked Fettuccine
2 Bacon Slices (uncooked)
1 Pound Large Shrimp, peeled and devined
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1 1/2 Cups Frozen Green Peas
1 Cup Shredded Carrot

2 Cups Fat Free Milk
2 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley

Cook Fettuccine according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Cook Bacon until crisp. Cool and crumble. Add the Shrimp to the pan. Saute 2 minutes. Add the next 3 ingredients. Cook until all is cooked threw about 4 minutes. Remove to a bowl. Combine the milk and the next 2 ingredient to the pan. Using a whisk stir constantly until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add the last 2 ingredients. Stir in the shrimp and bacon. Serve over the Noodles.
