LINGUINE WITH CLAM SAUCE

1 (12 OZ) Package Wheat Linguine
3 Tablespoons Butter
5 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
1 (8 OZ) Bottle Clam Juice
2 (6 1/2 OZ) Canned Minced Clams, undrained

1 Cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Black Pepper to taste

Cook Linguine according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Add butter to the pan and Garlic and saute 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over the Linguine.
