GRUYERE AND SHRIMP PASTA

8 Ounces Cooked Sprial Pasta
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Cups Fat Free Milk
1 1/4 Cups Gruyere Cheese, shredded
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 1/2 Pounds Shimp, shelled and deveined

3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Cups Frozen Peas
Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 375ø In a large Skillet add the flour and then add the milk gradually, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute or until thick. Remove from heat and add 3/4 Cup of the cheese. Stir until melted. Heat the butter in another pan. Add the next 3 ingredients and cook until the shrimp is cooked through. Add the peas and cook 2 minutes. Add this mixture to the cheese mixture. Spoon into a 13 x 9 inch pan coated with cooking spray. Add the remaining cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve.
