SPAGETTI WITH SHRIMP & GREENS

6 Ounces Spagetti
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Pound Uncooked Large Shrimp, peeled
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 (15 OZ) Can Pinto Beans
1 (5 OZ) Bag Spring mix Greens

2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

Cook the Spagetti according to package directions. Drain but reserve 2 Tablespoons of the water. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add shrimp and garlic and cook until shrimp is no longer pink 1-2 minutes. Add the beans and 1/2 the greens and the reserved water. Cook 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and cook through tossing gently. Add the remaining greens and place in a bowl and toss gently until they wilt. Serve.
