SPAGETTI WITH SHRIMP & GREENS |
6 Ounces Spagetti

2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
|
Cook the Spagetti according to package directions. Drain but reserve 2 Tablespoons of the water. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add shrimp and garlic and cook until shrimp is no longer pink 1-2 minutes. Add the beans and 1/2 the greens and the reserved water. Cook 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and cook through tossing gently. Add the remaining greens and place in a bowl and toss gently until they wilt. Serve. |
