Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add zucchini and garlic. Cook until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in the next 2 ingredients; simmer for 5 minutes, Cook Pasta according to package directions, drain. Combine with the remaining ingredients; add the zucchini mixture and toss. Serve. |
