FETTUCCINE ITALIANA

8 Ounces Fettuccine, uncooked
14 Ounces Reduced Fat Smoked
Turkey Sausage, sliced
2 Cups Asparagus, sliced
1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
¼ Cup Onion, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, minced

½ Teaspoon Thyme
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1 Cup Reduce Sodium Chicken Broth
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Cook fettuccine per package directions. In a saucepan, cook the sausage and the next 6 ingredients until done. Combine the cornstarch with the chicken broth and add to pan. Stir until thicken. Serve over the pasta.
