SPAGHETTI CARBONARA |
8 Ounces Spaghetti, uncooked

1/2 Cup Egg Beaters

Cook pasta until cooked through. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup liquid. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ham and cook for 2 minutes. Add pasta and stir well. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl & and stir well. Add the reserved pasta liquid. Pour over the pasta mixture and stir well. Cook on low for 5 minutes or until thicken. Serve. |
