SHRIMP AND VEGETABLES WITH FARFALLE

1 Onion, chopped
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Pound Shrimp, peeled
and de-veined
3 Medium Zucchini, diced
1 Cup Chicken Broth

1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 (14.5 OZ) Can Stewed Tomatoes
4 Cups Farfalle Noodles, cooked
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, grated

Mixed first 9 ingredients together in a frying pan. Simmer for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
