CHICKEN & MUSHROOMS

2 Cups Egg Noodles
1 Pound Chicken, cooked & cubed
1/2 Cup Shallots, diced
1 (8 Oz) Package Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 Cup White Wine

1 Cup Fat Free Milk
2 Teaspoons Flour
1/3 Cup Spreadable Cheese,
with Garlic & Herbs
2 Tablespoons Parsley
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

Cook noodles in boiling water 7-10 minutes. In a skillet, add next 4 ingredients. Cook 3 minutes. Combine the milk and flour. Add to the pan. Cook 3 more minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until the cheese melts. Serve over pasta.
