WHOLE WHEAT SPAGHETTI WITH ARUGULA |
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, divided

4 Cups Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium heat. Add next 2 ingredients. Sauté 20 seconds. Add tomato and arugula, sauté 2 minutes. Spoon into a large bowl. Add 1 tablespoon oil and next 3 ingredients. Toss well. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve. |
