PASTA WITH MUSHROOMS & HAM

1 1/2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
1 Cup Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 (3.5 OZ) Package Shiitake
Mushrooms, sliced
1 Cup Button Mushrooms, chopped
3/4 Cup White Wine

1/2 Cup Smoked Ham, diced
3 Tablespoons Flour
3/4 Cups Reduced Fat Milk
4 Cups Farfalle Pasta, cooked
1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add next 3 ingredients. Cook 10 minutes. Stir in mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Stir in wine and ham, bring to a boil and cook 4 minutes. Place flour in a bowl and gradually add milk. Stir until blended. Add to vegetables and cook until thick about 3 minutes. Stir in pasta and the remaining ingredients. Heat through. Serve.
