PASTA WITH MUSHROOMS & HAM |
1 1/2 Teaspoons Olive Oil

1/2 Cup Smoked Ham, diced
|
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add next 3 ingredients. Cook 10 minutes. Stir in mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Stir in wine and ham, bring to a boil and cook 4 minutes. Place flour in a bowl and gradually add milk. Stir until blended. Add to vegetables and cook until thick about 3 minutes. Stir in pasta and the remaining ingredients. Heat through. Serve. |
