SPAGHETTI PIE

1 Pound Ground Round
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
2 8 Oz Cans Tomato Sauce with Garlic
1 1/2 Cups Low Fat Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Green Onion, sliced

1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Cream
Cheese, softened
4 Cups Spaghetti Noodles,
cooked
Cooking Spray
1 1/3 Cups Reduced Fat, Cheddar
Cheese,shredded

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook meat in a non-stick skillet until browned. Drain and return to pan. Add the next 2 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Combine the sour cream, onion and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix well. Place the noodles in a casserole dish, coated with cooking spray. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top. Add the meat mixture on top of that. Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese. Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve.
