CHICKEN PENNE

1 Cup Onion, chopped
1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 (14 OZ) Can Stewed Tomatoes

1/4 Pound Chicken Breast, cubed
2 Tablespoons Dry Red Wine
1 Cup Penne
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, grated

Cooked the pasta according to the package directions. Add the first 6 ingredients to a frying pan. Simmer for 30-45 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Drain the noodles and in a bowl mix with the tomato mixture and serve.
