CAJUN CHICKEN WITH PASTA

1 Pound Chicken Breast, skinless,
boneless, cut in strips
1 Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
Cooking spray
1 Cup Green Pepper, chopped
1 Cup Red Pepper, chopped
1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 Cup Green Onions, sliced
4 Cups Linguine, cooked

2 Cups Evaporated Fat Free Milk
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Basil
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Combine chicken and cajun seasoning in a plastic bag. Shake to coat. Heat a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Add the chicken and cook until done, 7-10 minutes. Add the next 4 ingredients and cook 3 minutes. Add the linguine and the remaining ingredients. bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Serve.
