1 Pound Chicken Breast, skinless,

2 Cups Evaporated Fat Free Milk

Combine chicken and cajun seasoning in a plastic bag. Shake to coat. Heat a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Add the chicken and cook until done, 7-10 minutes. Add the next 4 ingredients and cook 3 minutes. Add the linguine and the remaining ingredients. bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Serve. |
