CHICKEN PASTA & VEGETABLES

1 Pound Chicken Breast, cubed
2 Cups Chicken Broth
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic, minced

3 Cups Pasta, corkscrew,
uncooked
1 Package Vegetables, frozen mix
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, grated

Cook Chicken in a non-stick frying pan until browned. Set aside. Add broth and garlic.Heat until boiling. Stir in pasta. Cook for 10 minutes. Add vegetables cook 5 minutes more. Add the chicken. Sprinkle with the cheese and serve.
