CURRY NOODLES

4 Ounces Angel Hair Pasta
1 Onion, chopped
1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
1 Pound Shrimp, cooked,
peeled and de-veined
1 Each Red and Green Bell peppers, sliced

2 Cups Bean Sprouts, fresh
2 Each Scallions, sliced thin
1/4 Cup Basil Leaves, fresh
& chopped
1/4 Cup Chicken Bouillon

Cook pasta until tender. Drain and rinse. Remove to a bowl and set aside. Add theremaining ingredients, and cook until shrimp and vegetables are tender. Serve with the noodles.
