EASY CLAM LINGUINE

8 Scallions, thinly sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red
Pepper Flakes
2 6 1/2 OZ. Chopped Clams,
drained (reserve liquid)
1 14 1/2 OZ. Canned Stewed Tomatoes

1/4 Cup White Wine
2 Tablespoons Fresh or
2 Teaspoons Dried Basil
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
4 Cups Linguine, hot cooked
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, grated

In a large skillet, add the first 9 ingredients including the reserved clam liquid. Simmer uncovered for 10-12 minutes. Place linguine in bowl, add clam sauce and toss to coat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve.
