FETTUCCINE WITH SPINACH AND PROSCIUTTO

8 OZ Fettuccine, uncooked
1 Clove Garlic
2 OZ Prosciutto, thinly sliced
& chopped
1 (10 OZ) Package Fresh Spinach

1 Egg White
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper

Cook pasta according to directions on package. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan, and heat through. Drain noodles and mix with the sauce.
