LINGUINE WITH PARMESAN CLAM SAUCE

8 OZ Linguine, uncooked
1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper
1 Clove Garlic, minced

2 (6 OZ) Cans Chopped Clams, undrained
1/2 Cup Fat Free Milk
1 Egg White
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/3 Cup Parsley

Cook pasta according to package directions. Mix remaining ingredients except the cheese and parsley. Heat in a frying pan until heated. Mix with the noodles. Sprinkle with the cheese and parsley.
