BAKED RIGATONI AND BEEF |
SAUCE:

1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese,

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook beef in a non-stick pan until cooked through. Drain well. Combine the beef, rigatoni, tomato sauce and 1/2 mozzarella cheese. Spray a bakingdish with cooking spray. Add the mixture. Top with the parmesan cheese and the other half mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes. |
