BARBECUED PORK CHOPS

SAUCE:
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce

REMAINING INGREDIENTS:
6 Boneless Pork Chops
1 Tablespoon Thyme
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
Cooking Spray

Prepare grill. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together. Place 1/4 cup of the sauce aside. Combine the thyme and pepper together. Place the chops on the grill coated with cooking spray. Baste each chop with the sauce. Cook 6 minutes, turn over and baste the other side. Cook 6 more minutes or until chops are cooked through. Serve with the reserved sauce.
