HAMBURGER PIE

1 Cup Low Fat Bisquick
1/4 Cup Fat Free Milk
1 Pound lean ground beef, uncooked
1 Each Onion, Chopped
2 Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce
1 Clove Garlic, minced

2 Tablespoons Low Fat Bisquick
1/2 Cup Fat Free Egg Beaters
1/2 Cup Low Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoons Pramesan Cheese, grated

Preheat Oven to 375. Spray a 9 in pie plate with cooking spray. CRUST: Mix the first 2 ingredients together in a medium bowl. Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead 5 times. Roll out to a 6 inch round. Put into pie palte pressing it evenly against the bottom and sides.
Spray a nonstick skillet with Cooking spray and add the next 4 ingredients. Cook until the hamburger is cooked through. Let it cool slightly. Stir in the 2 tablespoons Bisquick.
Combine the last 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Sppon the beef mixture into the pie Plate. Top with the cheese mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool and cut into 6 wedges.
