1 Pound Sweet or Hot Italian Sausage

Cook sausage in a large saucepan breaking it up with the back of the spoon, until cooked though. Drain Excess fat. Add garlic and onions and cook3 minutes. Add the next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Cook pasta per package instructions. Top with sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. |
