FIERY FLANK STEAK

1 Tablespoon Grated Lime Rind
1/3 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
2 Teaspoons Olive Oil

2 Jalapeno Peppers, minced
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Pounds Flank Steak, trimmed

Add the First 5 Ingredients into a Zip Lock Bag. Add the Meat and Marinate over night. When Ready to cook remove from bag and discard marinade. Prepare grill and Grill 3 minutes on each side or until desired Doneness. Cut and serve.
