PORK CHOPS WITH COUNTRY GRAVY

1/4 Cup Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Marjoram
1/4 Teaspoon Thyme
1/4 Teaspoon Sage
4 (4OZ) Bonelss Pork Chops

1 Tablespoon Butter
Cooking Spray
1 1/2 Cups Fat Free Milk

Spoon Flour into a dry Measuring cup, level with a knife. Place in a bowl with the next 3 ingredient and mix well. Dredge each Pork chop in the mixute. Reserve. Melt butter in a non stick skillet over medium heat. Add Pork chops and cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm. Combine the reserved flour and milk in the pan, stirring with a whisk util Blended. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, or until thickened. Serve with the chops.
