BEEF STROGANOFF

10 Ounces Round Steak, cut into cubes
1/4 Cup Flour
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard
8 Ounces Mushrooms, sliced

10 Ounces Beef Broth
1/2 Cup Red Wine
1/2 Cup Fat-Free Sour Cream
4 Cups Cooked Noodles

Trim any excess fat off the round steak and cut into cubes. Add to a plastic bag with the next 3 ingredients, shake well. Add to a crock pot. Add the next 3 ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours. Add the sour cream 5 minutes before serving. Stir well. Serve over the noodles.
