SAUSAGE & PEPPER PIZZA

Cooking Spray 1 1/2 Cups Onion, sliced
1 Cup Green Pepper Strips
2 (4 OZ) Turkey Italian Sausage

1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
1 (14.5 OZ) Canned Tomatoes, diced
1 (8 OZ) Loaf French Bread, cut
in half
1 Cup (4 OZ) Part Skim Mozzarella
Cheese, shredded

Preheat Oven to 450°. Heat a non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Sauté the first 2 ingredients for 6 minutes. Set Aside. Add the sausage to the pan and cook through. Add the next 2 ingredients and cook 5 minutes. Spread the sausage mixture over the cut bread. Top with the onion mixture. Top with the cheese. Bake for 5 minutes. Cut each in half.
