WASABI MARINATED FLANK STEAK |
1/4 Cup Yellow Miso (Soybean Paste)

1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large zip lock bag. Add the steak. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Prepare a grill or broiler with cooking spray. Remove steak from bag and reserve marinade. Place steak on grill or broiler. Cook for 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Baste occasionally. |
