DILLED PORK STROGANOFF |
3 Cups Uncooked Egg Noodles

2 Cups Onion, chopped

Cook pasta per package directions. Sprinkle pork with pepper. Melt 1 1/2 teaspoons butter in a nonstick coated with cooking spray pan over medium heat. Sauté pork 4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and keep warm. Add reaming butter, broth and next 2 ingredients. Cook 8 minutes. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients and stir. Serve over the noodles. |
