DILLED PORK STROGANOFF

3 Cups Uncooked Egg Noodles
1 Pound Pork Tenderloin, trimmed
and cubed
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
2 1/2 Teaspoons Butter, divided
Cooking Spray
1/2 Cup Fat Free Chicken Broth

2 Cups Onion, chopped
1 (8 OZ) Package Sliced Mushrooms
1 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Flour

Cook pasta per package directions. Sprinkle pork with pepper. Melt 1 1/2 teaspoons butter in a nonstick coated with cooking spray pan over medium heat. Sauté pork 4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and keep warm. Add reaming butter, broth and next 2 ingredients. Cook 8 minutes. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients and stir. Serve over the noodles.
