HERBED PORK CHOPS |
1 Teaspoon Salt Free Seasoning

2 Boneless Pork Chops (4 OZ)

In a bowl combine the first 5 ingredients. Rub over the pork chops. In a non-stick skillet, add the oil and garlic, over medium heat. Add the pork chops. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until meat is done. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve. |
