HERBED PORK CHOPS

1 Teaspoon Salt Free Seasoning
Blend
1/2 Teaspoon Basil
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Parsley
1/4 Teaspoon Rosemary

2 Boneless Pork Chops (4 OZ)
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

In a bowl combine the first 5 ingredients. Rub over the pork chops. In a non-stick skillet, add the oil and garlic, over medium heat. Add the pork chops. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until meat is done. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve.
