BEEF BURGUNDY OVER NOODLES

½ Pound Boneless Beef Sirloin Steak,
cut into strips
2 Tablespoons Diced Onion
1 ½ Cups Mushrooms, quartered
¾ Cup Red Wine
¼ Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Water
3 Tablespoons Parsley

1 Bay Leaf1 Whole Clove
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 ½ Cup Egg Noodles, cooked

Combine all the ingredients except the noodles into a Crock Pot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over the Noodles.
