GINGERED FLANK STEAK

1 Pound Flank Steak, trimmed
1/4 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Sugar
3 Tablespoons Ketchup
2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon Bottled Fresh Ginger
1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
Cooking Spray

Combine steak & 1/4 cup soy sauce in a plastic bag. Marinate for 30 minutes. Prepare grill. Combine the remaining ingredients except for the spray. Coat the grill with cooking spray. Place the steak on the grill & bush with the marinade. Baste frequently. Cook untildesired doneness. Drizzle steak with remaining sauce. Serve.
