4 (4 OZ) Filet Mignons

8 OZ Mushrooms, sliced

Sprinkle the steaks with pepper. Heat a non-stick pan, coated with cooking spray. Add steaks. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Turn and cook 2 to 3 minutes on the other side. Remove and keep warm. Reduce heat; add butter, shallots, and mushrooms. Cook 4 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients. Boil for 8 minutes stirring often. Serve with the steaks. |
