PORK CHOPS IN MUSTARD SAUCE

4 Pork Chops, boneless
2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1 1/2 Cups White Wine

1/3 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard

Sprinkle pork chops with pepper. In a pan add the olive oil. Add the pork chops cook 3 minutes on each side. Add the remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer for 12 minutes.
