1 Cup Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
1/3 Cup Shredded Non Fat
Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tomato, diced

1/4 Cup Lean Ham, chopped
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
4 Fat Free Flour Tortillas

Preheat oven to 400°. In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients except the tortillas.Divide the mixture evenly between the tortillas. Wrap each tortilla and then wrap with foil. Place on a baking sheet and cook until heated through, about 10 minutes. Serve.
