SALISBURY STEAK

3/4 Pound Ground Turkey
3/4 Pound Ground Round
1/3 Cup Dried Bread Crumbs
2 Egg Whites
Cooking Spray
3/4 Cup Water

3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
2 Tablespoons Dry Sherry
1 1/2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
10.5 Ounce Can French Onion Soup

Combine first 4 ingredients. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions. Shape into 1/2 inchpatty. Heat a large skillet coated with cooking spray. Add patties and cook 3 minuteson each side, or until browned. Remove and keep warm. Stir the remaining ingredients into the pan. Bring to a boil and add patties. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and cook until wine mixture is reduced to 3/4 Cup. About 10 minutes. Serve.
