WHISKEY PORK CHOPS |
2/3 Cups Fat Free Sour Cream

1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Preheat Oven to 300°. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle pork with 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add pork and sauté 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove from pan. Add onions and mushrooms to pan. Sauté for 3 minutes. Carefully add whiskey and cook for 1 minute, or until liquid almost evaporates.Add sour cream and stir. Return pork to pan. Spoon sauce over pork. Wrap handle of skillet with tin foil. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Serve. |
