ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
1 1/2 Teaspoons Chili Powder

1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 (1 Pound) Pork Tenderloin, trimmed
Cooking Spray

Combine first 6 ingredients in large plastic bag. Add the pork and shake to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 450°. Remove pork form bag, reserve marinade.Place pork in a broiler pan, coated with cooking spray. Brush with the marinade.Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part. Bake for 20 minutes or until thermometer registers 155° (slightly pink). Remove and let stand for 5 minutes. Serve.
