ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN |
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed

1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
|
Combine first 6 ingredients in large plastic bag. Add the pork and shake to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 450°. Remove pork form bag, reserve marinade.Place pork in a broiler pan, coated with cooking spray. Brush with the marinade.Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part. Bake for 20 minutes or until thermometer registers 155° (slightly pink). Remove and let stand for 5 minutes. Serve. |
