1 Pound Ground Sirloin

1/3 Cup Beef Broth
|
Divide sirloin in to 4 equal portions. Drain chilies over a bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup adobo sauce. Reserve chilies for another use. Heat a large skillet coated with cooking spray. Add patties and onion and cook 5 minutes on each side. Add the adobo sauce and beef broth. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Stir well and add to pan. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute or until thick. |
