4 (4 OZ) Boned Chuck Steaks

1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Trim fat from steaks. Please each steak between 2 sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap. Flatten each to 1/4 inch thickness, using a meat mallet. Rub each with garlic. Spoon flour into a cup, level. Add to a bowl and combine with the pepper. Sprinkle each steak with the mixture. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add steaks and cook for 4 minutes. Turn over and add onion and cook 4 more minutes. Add water. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. |
