BROILED SALMON WITH VERMOUTH |
2 Tablespoons Honey

1 1/2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
|
Preheat broiler. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Coat the broiler pan with cooking spray. Add the salmon. Brush each fillet with the honey mixture. Broil 8 minutes or until done. Baste frequently with the remaining honey mixture. Divide the pepper mixture evenly on 4 plates. Top with the fish fillets and sprinkle fresh chives on top. Serve. |
