GRILLED SHRIMP WITH PESTO AND TOMATOES

1 Cube Pesto, melted
1 each tomato, diced
12 Each Large Shrimp, raw shelled and deviened

1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

Place the Shrimp on a Scewer. Brush the Shrimp with the Olive Oil. Place on grill and grill for 5 minutes on each side, or until done. Depends on the size of the shrimp. Add the Basil and Tomato together in a bowl mix well. Add to a Plate. Place the shrimp on top. Heat the Pesto for 1 minute in the Microwave. Dizzle the pesto over the shrimp.
