GRILLED SHRIMP WITH PESTO AND TOMATOES |
1 Cube Pesto, melted

1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
|
Place the Shrimp on a Scewer. Brush the Shrimp with the Olive Oil. Place on grill and grill for 5 minutes on each side, or until done. Depends on the size of the shrimp. Add the Basil and Tomato together in a bowl mix well. Add to a Plate. Place the shrimp on top. Heat the Pesto for 1 minute in the Microwave. Dizzle the pesto over the shrimp. |
