CORNFLAKE CRUSTED HALIBUT

Aioli
2 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Cilantro
3 Tablespoons Fat Free Mayonaisse
1 Serrano Chilie, seed and chopped
1 Clove Garlic, minced

Fish
1 Cup Fat Free Milk
1 Egg White, beaten
2 Cups Cornflakes, crushed
1/4 Cup Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
4 Halibut Steaks

Aioli Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. Set aside. Fish Combine the milk and egg in a bowl, stir well. Combine the next 3 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Prepare a pan with the oil. Dip the fish into the milk mixture and then the Cornflake mixture. Add to pan and cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked thru. Serve with the Aioli.
