Aioli Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. Set aside. Fish Combine the milk and egg in a bowl, stir well. Combine the next 3 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Prepare a pan with the oil. Dip the fish into the milk mixture and then the Cornflake mixture. Add to pan and cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked thru. Serve with the Aioli. |
