SHRIMP & AVACADO PIZZAS |
8 Ounces Shrimp, cleaned &

1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

Chop the shrimp, squeeze lime over it and the avocado. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Brush one side of the tortillas with the oil. Flip over and evenly add the shrimp, avocado and cheese. Toast about 2 minutes until cheese melts. Or use oven and bake at 450° for 5-6 minutes until cheese melts. |
