SHRIMP & AVACADO PIZZAS

8 Ounces Shrimp, cleaned &
cooked
1/2 Lime
1/2 Of 1 Avocado, pitted,
peeled & diced
4 Six inch Low-fat tortillas

1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Mexican
Cheese mix, shredded
Salsa

Chop the shrimp, squeeze lime over it and the avocado. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Brush one side of the tortillas with the oil. Flip over and evenly add the shrimp, avocado and cheese. Toast about 2 minutes until cheese melts. Or use oven and bake at 450° for 5-6 minutes until cheese melts.
