ROASTED FISH WITH OLIVE OIL & HERBS |
4 Each Fish Fillet, any white fish

1 Garlic Clove, minced

Heat oven to 450°. Arrange fish in a single layer on a jelly roll pan, sprayed with cooking spray. In a cup combine the next 6 ingredients. Spread 1 tablespoon over each fillet. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Roast fish 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Stir lemon juice into remaining oil mixture. Spoon over fish. Serve. |
