GINGER LIME SWORDFISH |
2 Teaspoons Grated Lime Rind

1 Tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce

Preheat broiler. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a small bowl. Dip each steak into the mixture to coat. Place fish on a broiling pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with pepper. Broil for 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Place the remaining lime juice mixture into a small pan on medium heat. Cook until mixture is reduced by half. About 8 minutes. Serve with the fish. |
