GINGER LIME SWORDFISH

2 Teaspoons Grated Lime Rind
1/2 Cup Lime Juice
1/4 Cup Honey
2 Tablespoons Bottled Fresh Ginger
2 Tablespoons Green Onion, minced

1 Tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Garlic, minced
4 (6 OZ) Swordfish Steaks
Cooking Spray
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Preheat broiler. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a small bowl. Dip each steak into the mixture to coat. Place fish on a broiling pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with pepper. Broil for 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Place the remaining lime juice mixture into a small pan on medium heat. Cook until mixture is reduced by half. About 8 minutes. Serve with the fish.
