ORANGE GINGER SHRIMP |
1/2 Cup Fresh Orange Juice

2 Teaspoons Orange Rind, grated

Combine the first 9 ingredients in a bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Refrigerator for 15 minutes. Remove shrimp from dish, reserve marinade. Thread shrimp and orange quarters alternately on skewers. Heat grill, coat with cooking spray. Brush with reserved marinade. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until done. Baste often. |
