CUMIN CRUSTED SEA BASS

1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
4 (6 OZ) Sea Bass Fillets

1/2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Parsley
4 Lemon Wedges

Preheat oven to 375°. Cook cumin seeds in a skillet over medium heat 2 minutes. Place them in a coffee grinder with the pepper. Process until finely ground. Rub the mixture over the fish. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add fillets; cook for 2 minutes on each side. Wrap handle of pan with foil. Bake for 4 minutes or until fish flakes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
